Dana graduated from the Economics University in Bratislava. She passed the Certificate Stage exams – UK variant organized by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is a certified tax advisor and a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors. Dana Škodná is a vice-president of the Slovak branch of International Fiscal Association (IFA – non-governmental international association dealing with fiscal matters).
Dana worked in Arthur Andersen, later Ernst & Young, for 17 years, 4 years in the capacity of a partner, where she specialized in international tax, transaction tax, transfer pricing and human capital services. She led the tax due diligence teams in largest Slovak privatizations in telecommunications and energy sectors. She published a number of articles in Slovak as well as international newspapers and held seminars on topical tax issues. Dana has been actively involved in drafting and commenting on proposed legislation.
Tatiana graduated from the Law Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava, studied at the Law Faculty of Groningen University and participated at the Summer Institute of Law organized by the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law, Ohio, USA, and the University of Tulsa College of Law, Oklahoma, USA. She is a member of Slovak Bar Association. She has attended various local and international training sessions in tax, law and accountancy and passed the accountancy exams organized by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Tatiana worked at the position of Senior Manager in the international company Arthur Andersen, later Ernst & Young, where she specialized in tax, legal ad accounting advisory services. During her work for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young she undertook assignments in the London and Prague offices. Tatiana leads lectures on tax, legal and accounting aspects of financial transactions. She has published several articles in this area. Tatiana is a member of the Audit Committee of Supervisory Board of Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s. (member of Erste Bank Group).
Tatiana is widely experienced in tax law, commercial law, real estate law and financial law. She has been involved in various types of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, international joint ventures and various investment projects.
Michaela holds a master degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Bratislava and a bachelor degree from the Law Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. She is a certified tax advisor and a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors.
Michaela worked in Ernst & Young, previously in KPMG for 14 years. She gained extensive experience serving large multinational companies in various industries with a focus on human capital services, international and transaction tax, transfer pricing and tax administration. Since 2006 she was leading human capital services in Slovakia focused on employees' global mobility and remuneration structures in the area of tax and social security in a capacity of a senior manager.
Michaela held a number of lectures and seminars on topical issues and has been actively involved in drafting and commenting on proposed legislation.
Valent holds a DIPL.-ING. Degree (equivalent of M.S. degree) from Zilina Transport University.
First 13 years of his professional carrier he spent in Computer Research Institute (VUVT) Zilina. At that time he acquired great experience in managing talented and highly motivated teams engaged in delivery of complex technology solutions. Additional 20 years of Valent's professional life are tied up mainly with global IT companies. He joined Digital in 1992 as Alpha 64-bit architecture evangelist for the Czecho-Slovak market operating from Prague office. After that, he contributed to building up strong Digital brand in Slovakia by delivering IT Strategy & Architecture services to selected customers. Valent closely cooperated with HP (at that time Compaq) also during his two and a half year stay with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Since 1999 when he rejoined Compaq/HP he was a member of the Slovak Country Management Team and also took a leadership position in HP Central Eastern Europe regional management.

Valent has been re-elected many times to the IT Association (ITAS) Management Board. He proactively participates in national-wide IT events as presenter, moderator or panelist.
Martin is Business consultant specializing in corporate strategy, brand development, and process redesign projects. Before joining WALLENBERG, Martin worked for Arthur D. Little in Prague within Strategy & Organization Practice focused on development and implementation of corporate strategies for renowned international and local clients including T-Mobile, Slovak Telecom, Draeger, ČEZ, Telekom Austria.
His professional experience also includes assignments in the public sector - the Government Office of the Slovak Republic, Slovak Ministry of Interior, and the UN Secretary General Office in New York.
Martin holds a Master's degree in Economic Diplomacy and International Business from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia. He received his postgraduate degree in International Law and Foreign Affairs at Comenius University.
Jozef is Management consultant focused on corporate strategy, business process analysis and improvement, organizational restructuring and corporate finance. Before joining WALLENBERG, Jozef worked for global management consulting companies - for Arthur D. Little in Prague and for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting Division in Prague and Bratislava. In both companies, Jozef coordinated projects within financial services and manufacturing industries and public sector.
As a project manager Jozef worked for well known international as well as local clients such as Siemens Financial Services, Holcim, Slovenske elektrarne (Enel), Slovak Ministry of Interior, Czech Ministry of Defense, T-Mobile, Tonak, VUB (member of Banca Intesa).
Jozef holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Management of Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia.
